I just take a variety of supplements to support my joints, ligaments, cartilage etc. as well as to maximize my muscle recovery rate and over all vitality. Obvious plenty of water

Glucosamine and Flexmode which is just another joint supplement for its cartilage support Collagen complex, but I'm not fully sure how it works yet, I'm still reading about it. Turmeric to fight internal inflammation Ashwagandha because I believe it increases your blood flow among other things I take a chewable Immune gummy when I need to Zinc when my stomach can handle it Centrum multigummy incase I haven't had time to eat Mega Men pill, I try to take the sport one because It had testosterone and virility boosting effect as well as recovery and all the vitamins you should be taking every day Finally I mix Superfood Greens and this Calm magnesium supplement every night. Occasionally Ill just take RuleOne protein after dinner if the days work load was particularly physically demanding.

I try to make sure my testosterone is as high as I can get it as it effects energy levels. Aside from that I eat whatever I want since my job is extremely active. Some of these things overlap, and I'm sure I have plenty of excess. Always make sure to take your pills when you eat a meal so that you absorb them all properly and don't end up feeling nauseated. Im in my late 20s and recovery is still relatively quick and easy, but the joint support and things that I have done to adjust my recover rate have offered a noticeable difference for me.

I forgot to mention that Kava tea has alot of inflammation and muscle recovery benefits, though it can be expensive just like anything.
