Pilates makes perfect sense. I can do 15min/day no problem.
Food too. I eat a lot of carbs. No sugar but those additives and preservatives…my instinct tells me that they’re wreaking havoc on me.
Thanks for the advice
Pilates is amazing. Simple and you don't need any equipment or classes to do it. Junk in food keeps our bodies from utilizing nutrients, they're mostly unhealthy chemicals.
My pleasure and enjoy feeling better and healthy.
Active longevity via meaningful movement everyday. Pilates, Yoga, Functional Fitness, Metcon pursuits prioritize mobility and strength equally. Zone 2 or HIIT once or twice a week. What the fuck does it matter if one can dead lift twice one's body weight if one gets winded or achy knees negotiating a flight of stairs. Nutritionally, stick to real food, not food adjacent products. Food doesn't not come in a box. Quality meats & dairy, animal fats, fresh fruits and veggies. Gaining and training metabolic flexibility (being able to glean maximal nutrients from fats or carbs) helps. Incorporating fasting protocols to boost autophagy. Enjoying the looks of incredulity on folks faces when they discover you're in your 5th decade of life.
Damn that’s great advice. Thank you very much.
