Fast. Get your body switched over to eating itself. That’ll kill the gut issue then it’ll be easier to keep it off.
Easy for me to say because I’ve got an illness that can obliterate my appetite and switch over to eating itself on its own.
I’m afraid that will make me lose all of my muscle.
How long should I fast for? Should I drink only water during that time?

You won't lose muscle if you do the pilates. Snake diet is the best autophagic diet.

I’m not trying to lose weight. Just gain more flexibility, lost bloat, and stay youthful.
I’m almost 38, 6’4”, 197lbs and about 15% bf. I want to get back to 9% and 195lbs where I was last year and lose the bloat.
I’m also getting much more stiff and have low energy.
I got my test checked and normal range for me is 220-860. I’m 431. So I’m going to look at doing TRT to get that up to around 650 or 700.
