Farming. I moved out of the city to a rural area where each year I nearly double my planting space. It's very rewarding and I like it. I've met local farmers who help me out a lot. I use cow manure instead of chemical fertilizers. I collect rainwater, installed solar panels so when the grid goes down, I don't care. It's been an interesting challenge. My latest project is incorporating ESP32 microcontrollers into my solar system so I can monitor power usage on my phone.
