I was gradually gaining more and more weight every year and listening to all kinds of combination food diets and scheduling of time diets and all this other nonsense which were different fads at the time and our variations of various fats today. And it finally looked around and I said none of this is working it's all nonsense I want to lose weight now which people have actually lost weight. No matter what no matter what body type no matter what physical type no matter what genetic background who lost weight. And I looked at pow camps. And I realized the answer is real simple it's less calories. So I decided that I was going to eat a can of tuna fish in water and a bag of mixed frozen vegetables every night and a little bit of fiber One sugar-free cereal in the morning. And that amounted to something like 400 calories a day. And I felt like I was getting nutrition. And protein so I wasn't going to be eating my muscle or anything like that and I was getting vegetables. And also took a vitamin. And it worked. I dropped a bunch of weight without any exercise at all. as long as I stuck to that diet and that diet alone I was not hungry at all after the first day or two. The first day or two is pretty hard. Oh and I drank tons of diet cherry pepsi. Tons and tons of diet cherry pepsi. If I did get hungry I wanted to snack it was diet Cherry pepsi. Is 0 calories. Anyway I lost the weight I went I think from like a 38 waist right back down to a 32 waist I think I had been approaching over 200 lb of something and I ended up getting down really less than I wanted I got down to 165. But I immediately felt like I was young again I realized all the aches and pains and all the other things that I thought were from age or actually just from the extra weight. Even an extra 10 pounds makes a huge difference. I felt so lightweight that I wanted to start running and doing other things but I didn't have to do any of that to lose the weight. And that's the important thing I literally pretty much sat on the sofa and watch TV and the weight melted off. I think I was losing two and a half real pounds every week. Maybe it was even more I think it was actually now that I remember it. It was not water weight you do not want to cut your salt or your water when you're doing this. You're going to be burning fat you're going to be losing salt so you do need to replenish your salt just eat salt when you feel like you want salt. In any case that's what I did it worked very well there's no such thing as it getting harder to lose the weight. Just eat very few calories and I don't care how old you are I don't care your genetic makeup I don't care what kind of kidney disease or other b you think you have you're going to lose that weight and it's going to slide off of that any effort at all. And if you choose to go exercise during this time. Well you can and you may feel like you want to go for a run or something cuz you'll start getting light and you just have so much energy cuz you feel lighter and lighter and lighter. Not to mention the fact that if you're just eating tuna fish out of water and out of a can and you're eating nothing but mixed vegetables and you're eating nothing but a tiny bit of fiber One cereal with no sugar then you're also probably going to be purging most of the bad stuff out of your body. Cuz the only thing is going in your body is good stuff. And by the way do not eat albacore tuna it must be chunk light tuna. Albuquerque tuna is a much bigger fish and it concentrates much more Mercury and its body and you can get Mercury poisoning. Chunk light tuna is a much smaller fish that does not concentrate Mercury so you can eat tons of it and you will not get Mercury poisoning.
