Being of Judea does not make one a Judahite/Judean (as in Jew). I describe his actual ancestry. As is standard fare, the closest tree is what people use. He is an Israelite. The "king of the Jews" was the f-u to the Pharisees during the crucifixion and was a false assertion which originates from the Pharisees. Which is why it is placard on the cross. Which is why Jesus explicitly calls them out for false claims of lineage and corresponding inheritance and rights. Their corruption with the Tradition of the Elders (Canaanite, Phoenician, Babylonian) under the guise of Hebrewism (Pharisees & Sadducees).
