this is how I forgave my mother. I expected her to be an adult, a person who put their children first. I expected the same actions from her as I did from my father.
Once I realized women are children, and she was basically just a 35 year old child when she made selfish choices, I forgave her. It was MY ignorance that lead me to believe women were capable of selflessness.
I used to put it like this. Ask a woman...
Ma'am you can have $1000 right now OR you can let a friend have $10,000 right now BUT you cannot take credit for them getting the money in any way and they will never know it was your choice.
99% of women take their 1k, if they can't post on facebook or gain social status for their virtuosity then they will not be selfless.
Interesting and most probably true. I came to similar conclusions with my mother. Women are like children no matter if they have kids or not. I don't even mean that in an offensive way, it's simply the reality we need to come to terms with. Obviously you can't suggest anything like this to women, let alone your mom or girlfriend unless you want to get screamed at. The problem is how skewed the natural order of things has become over many many years. Women and mothers have lost the plot and don't know their place anymore.
