Dividend stocks are NOT devalued, but I love PEY it's just a constant, steady, performer... and DRIP gives me a steady 1011 more shares each month.
Devalued, I'll agree with growth... SPYG is way down right now (not as far as when I bought in back in 2020) and a penny stock I'm into, and is currently down a good ways, is a new copper mine in Montana: SRAFF. The only real info out there on the web is negative (tree huggers who'd rather see a forest burn down than timbering standing dead type people, none local), but my folks live there and the vibe in town is unbelievably positive.
Cool fucking town any Poaler would love too.
