Now our number one threat would be the banking institutions, but i think kneecapping the already crumbling mainstream media would be first.

Maybe descend into anarchy. Strengthen the bonds of community.

Ideally I want a republic, but we need demographics on our side. What would be wrong with a philosopher ruler in a populist fascist vein, intent to only be in power for 5-10 years - send Jews to Israel (or as in the past, bar them from participating in certain occupations) deport non-whites, or set them up on reservations, maybe allow a minority of some respectable folks (NatSocs had a bit of unlikely allies in that sense).

From there restore a constitutional Republic. And the most ideal form of libertarianism

1) Detail Term Limits for Federal Office. 2) Make certain companies/corporations are defined as not people and have no rights. 3) You must be a landowner to vote. No electric-counted vote, no mail in votes. You vote the day of the election, and votes are counted promptly after the polls end with impartial witnesses and civilian volunteers present at all times during the public counting. Video taping of the vote counting is encouraged at all times. 4) Dual-nationals, of any sort, cannot hold Federal (or state/local) office, give testimony to government committees, nor lobby government. 5) US Treasury prints all money in this country - all money is gold backed (or backed by another desirable tangible asset).
6) No foreign aid. Commerce, if benefical to the country, can be pursued but no outright gifts. Trade with everyone, entangling alliances with no one. 7) Outlaw military bases in foreign countries with the exception of ports for our Navy. Some limited military will provide protection at overseas embassies.
8) Outlaw the joining of this country to any international organization that can assert jurisdiction over the laws or running of any portion of the country/government. 9) Detail the requirements for secure borders at all times. All illegal aliens are removed from the country, but may apply for legal admission and wait in line, if they desire. Aliens are selected for legal residence depending upon specific benefits they can provide to the country.

That's where I would start anyway.
