little pencil icon at the top, click that, select link post, then pick a sub, put in a title and instead of putting a link in the link field scroll down a bit and click to upload a picture. Unless of course your pic/meme is on the internet, then put the link in the link field.

I must have fucked something up because it didn't work. I followed instructions (which were were clear and concise ty) but it was a meme about commies so not sure if it didnt clear a filter or whatever
