Carrots and for a lack of a better term omelets are the only thing we cook in ours anymore. The steaks are good if you sear them after, but its not really any better than searing the steaks and slapping them in the oven for a few minutes. It does make getting the perfect temperature a lot easier if you struggle to do that in a pan or on a grill or whatever.
