I always assume there is a chance it's actually Russia doing this. To get whites to white flight to eastern europe. China and Saudi Arabia are likely culprits too. Maybe even Iran. Whoever are racially pure themselves. I'm not even strictly against it's actually aliens disrupting the one race that is becoming interstellar.
