was the contaminated water itself a crime? i would say no, criminal incompetence sure but not a crime against humanity. the cover up maybe but flint was mainly the result of politicians playing science with absolutely no idea how science works

Is the water contaminated because of nestle?

I know of a chip and candy manufacturer that chooses to pollute the ground and drinking water in the town it operates in (Perham, MN.) Knowingly does this, because it is cheaper to pay the fines of contamination and poisoning the local population than it is to filter and regulate the water they dump into the ecosystem. Let that sink in.
