And we see this in nature as I mentioned elsewhere, elephants and crows are roughly in parity when it comes to intelligence and tool use and the difference in the size of their brains is massive. Intelligence and it's principle elements are much more complex than brain size, EQ or IQ alone, though I fully admit that generally brain size does highly corelate to intelligence, however I would argue relative size of forebrain area is more important than over-all size. intelligence research is greatly deprived of funding due to the taboo of comparing niggers to anything else.
