Do you not know of the tendency of illegals?
They are here illegally, so they have limited to no understanding of litigation.
To them, this is a rare once in a lifetime opportunity, they will never piss away such an opportunity, so they will never ruffle feathers.
They are known for selling themselves and each other out, thereby driving down costs. If you consider that the average farm worker makes next to nothing, an illegal will gladly earn half of that since that is a huge pay increase compared to what they find in Mexico.
So as a business owner, you will find no better supply of grunts than illegals who will work for less than minimum, never complain, and will neither move up nor ask for more.
