Because white men (in general) dont want to work manual labor jobs anymore. Ive been in the construction industry for over 20years and the fact of the matter is white people are too soft now. The young ones dont want to do hard work and the older ones are most likely on drugs. Mexicans will work hard for cheap. Its not how it should be, but its what we have. If you want to blame someone blame the parents for raising weak boys, blame the white man for being complacent while the jew raped the country. Its our own fault. We let this happen. As for me, i dont hire mexicans. I keep a small crew of whites and we do what we can.
It's similar in retail. Businesses are always desperately trying to find help because there's so few people who apply in the first place and many quit as soon as they see it's hard work. Your best workers, by a GODDAMN country mile, are always White men over the age of 40 or so. Those of us old enough not to have been completely corrupted by busted education systems, nigger rap, leftist propaganda and everything else.
I've known White, hispanic, and asian women who excel in retail sales and management. I think you hit the nail on the head that culture or a lack of culture has a lot to do with it.

Simply untrue. Maybe it depends on where you live, but where I am there is a lot of people, especially white men who work these kind of jobs. And also, Mexicans are not cheap. They are just as much as a white guy. They stand around Home Depot and will not come off the lot for under $25 an hour. That is without having any tools, any skilled knowledge. Some of them work hard. But in my experience they are really aren’t worth the money.
I think the reason people want to hire them is just that things are simpler. You pay money and they work. There’s no person asking for benefits, there is no expectation of upward mobility. There may also just be too many unskilled jobs and not enough people to fill them, that is where the Mexicans come in. Or for some like me it’s because we need them in a pinch. When we don’t have the guys we need we go to Home Depot and pick up a couple for the day
I know this post is about US, but there is a bit of a reversed situation in Europe. Construction sites are almost entirely White, I don't work in construction, but my job takes me to construction sites here an there, the only non White person on site would be a gateman and he would of course be shit at his job.
You have to be skilled and know how to use "a tool" if you want to get in the industry now days, and on top of it all, money is really good. I guess that's what keeps pulling young men into it, they can make a decent living out of it.
It's not the same everywhere in Europe. I see most firms employing pakis so that they can pay them lower or get extra benefits from various NGO's for hiring them.

But you're a homeowner, not a contractor.
Yeah generally speaking they tend to do shoddy work because they don't have to be licensed or bonded. It's not a good idea to hire them, because the law won't go after them if they fuck up your house.
So they do shitty work, abscond with your money and there's zero recourse.
Same here. Younger kids are lazy and un reliable. We have state licensing so can't hire illegals but they would be more helpful to us than what is out there now.
I don't know what line of construction you're in and it probably depends on where you live, but I work on a paint and drywall crew and I see a good number of kids in their late teens to early 20s that work harder than the guys in their 30s and just as hard as the old guys. Some of these young fellers I see are being shown the ropes to take over instead of the millenials in their 30s. There aren't very many that age in construction, but there is definitely a decent amount.

Friend of mine (colleague) used a white boy on a roof and the white kid ended up strangling to death the female homeowner and dumped her in a ditch outside a Kroger's. She was a bigshot down at the IBM headquarters.
