Got about a gallon of the mix. I got powders and pickled. Thinking about powder and adding garlic and onion with salt?
As posted, i just got ghost peppers. I'm thinking powder for mine. That sounds like a good mixture.
Roast the jalapenos and/or banana peppers on the grill, then peel, deseed, chop up, and put in freezer bag. Use a big gallon ziploc and after squeezing the air out, use your finger to press lines and separate sections. Think of something like a tic-tac-toe board. So, when you open the bag later, you can easily grab a chunk or two for a recipe.
