Pancreatitus. A bad combination of meds, alcohol, and sugar caused my pancreas to basically start spewing acidic enzymes inside my body for several days. Felt like constant heartburn and acid reflux dialed up, puked anytime I tried to eat or drink. Then the pain of not eating kicked in. It was probably more misery than physical pain, but it was memorable.
