I like your break down, but there are definitely two major divisions of Negroes (Bantu vs Cape Negro), plus those little bush dudes we called pygmies but they seem to be getting cleansed from the collective memory. I think they're another big and obvious problem with the whole "we are all one race" bullshit.

I agree. Negroes should have been broken up like you said. Bantu are definitely different to Ethiopian blacks and pygmies.
