If you own nothing you don't have to worry about it being stolen, wearing out, or breaking. They are trying to transition you to it now. How many of the apps or services you use are now a monthly subscription? There are complete new housing subdivisions north of Houston that are owned by a 'corporation' and the houses are only for lease or rent.
