They mean you will rent everything you use in your life. It's a steady income for them and also gives them so much control over you that no slave ever had it so bad. Property rights will be enforced it's just they you will not own any property. You'll be happy due to DNA mods and the removal of anyone who won't be a good goy.

Consider we don't own much now. You don't own your home even if there's no mortgage, you still owe property taxes. You can't opt out of that. You don't really own your car. You can't repair it yourself. You certainly can't modify the software in it. Most electronics, you have no idea what's inside and you're typically not allowed to modify it. You do own real books, but not the information in it.

Happiness is a state of mind. Klaus Schwab is probably alluding to mind altering drugs or thoughts he'll plant in there to make you happy.

Happiness is an internal thing. It is self reported. Klaus means you will report yourself as happy. You will smile and be positive. Because big brother will be watching for those who do not show how happy they are, publicly.

The only time it actually works to own nothing and be happy, is when you're a newborn infant suckling at your mother's breast. At that point you start to accumulate personal property, and that slows down the fading of the happiness of infancy somewhat. That motorcycle in your garage now helps you feel young and carefree again, because you can't actually be young and carefree anymore.

Just a theory on where this may go.

I think their plan is to make us so poor and starved, that taking everything you own will be a burden off your shoulders. Than to help us out, the plan would be to shove us in a box style, high tech, fancy room, in compact concrete jungle city. No worries if you don't like the view, they have a fix for that. The room only contains only basic essentials. You will be given a small amount of money monthly, for your troubles. They will keep everyone pacified with a virtual reality paradise of hell, and blame climate change and viruses. You won't be able to drive so everything you need will be delivered to you. Imagine how stupid and brainwashed children will become from this, and what happens to them as adults.

Off the top of my head, it would involve "property rights" and "privacy" being but distant memories, with plenty of entertainment and sustenance provided by the state. Bread and Circuses perfected.
