I called my apartment complex's office to report someone shooting pigeons off the balconies with high powered pellet guns. Turns out they hired them. I wish I could move. I already only use my balcony because that's where my washer and dryer are because of my crappy downstairs neighbors who stink me out with chemicals. And the dog poop that is not cleaned up is lovely to look at so it's so enjoyable to be out there.
