like with working dogs, jews isolated and bred specific traits with the niggers they imported to the west. the wild, jungle nigger traits were removed while the pliable niggers that could be convinced with a little brutality were propagated. the trade-off is that those dumb, pliable niggers also need to be provided everything, the same way a lot of modern dog breeds need to be provided for and would not survive in the wilderness
