You can have either good audio quality or good ANC, but not both. Sorry to say. If you want the best of the best of the best ANC? Bose QC45. or Sony 1000-XM4. I would say Bose QC25 instead of the QC45 but everything is going Bluetooth these days so you really need it. I've had the QC25 and now I have the QC45 and there is a huge quality upgrade. Even though you are giving up removable battery, the Lion battery lasts a long time on the QC45. Some people say the Bose has better ANC, others prefer Sony. With either you can't go wrong. I think the audio quality from these headphones are very good, but audiophiles say they are not great. I'm not an audiophile but I'm sure that if someone put them side to side with true high quality audio headphones I'd be able to tell the difference in quality (and say the Bose and Sony aren't that great). But like I said, I'm no audiophile and I really enjoy them. I am all about the ANC so I don't care about having 100/100 audio quality. I want to make sure I don't hear the airplane engine when I fly... and I don't. I also have ANC buds, the pixel buds pro. The Bose ANC blows away the Pixel buds pro ANC.
