This is the best reply on here. You have to want to stop and know why. I think that's why some people do those programs to find out the why. When your addiction hits you have to have a good reason why you're quiting to have a shot of convincing yourself not to on the moment.
I'm gonna stop in a couple months once I get the new baby out of my bedroom and have room for a home gym again. I don't have time to do an hour of cardio and lift so that 300 or 400 calories I give to booze daily is gonna have to get cut until I drop about 15lbs.
