There's so much bullshit around this. I couldn't tell you whether that's true or not but I can tell you ALL animal meat now has an extremely off ration of omega 3 to omega 6. If they are grass fed, that's no longer true.
I'd be real careful labeling foods as fag and non-fag especially as you age. You'll be a lot more concerned about heart attacks as I am.

I make dehydrated crackers and breads with flaxseeds in them (and lots of finely chopped vegetables and spices). Works great.
