A quick search shows science is all over the place on this. Some say it doesn't increase estrogen in the blood. Some say it can be used as an estrogen supplment and some evey say it's an anti-estrogen.
This whole thing is too simplified imo. Men actually DO have estrogen in their blood. It's just that women have more hence the association.

Honestly i dont think a reasonable amount of any food in non-extract form is going to significantly alter someones hormone levels. But combine enough of them in enough quantities and maybe.
