Large cut homemade fries fried in beef fat with two passages in the oil at two different temperatures. First at 150°celcius and then at 180°until they are golden. Served with homemade mayo. With that I'll take superb Irish grass fed beef steak. A fatty part with a good marble on the meat. I'll have it grilled. Princess green beans rolled in fagots with bacon stripes. I'll take a Dame blanche ice-cream with true hot Belgian dark chocolate. Drink.= Ice tea green
