They are all removable if you try hard enough.

Check out for options to buy. You might also consider installing a 3rd party OS onto it. There's Ubuntu, for example. I ran Lineage on a rooted Pixel 3 for a while. Plenty of options out there
Edit:
I'll throw the puri.sm Librem 5 as one.
That's a good one. They can't even ship the fucking thing and are refusing refunds for pre-orders.
I have found that overcharging your battery is what causes the poor battery performance. Only charging from 20-80 does not over charge. It means not plugging your phone in when you go to bed, rather charging a couple times during the day when you can monitor.
AccuBattery is great for sounding an alarm when it reaches the desired charge level. As you say this is a great way to extend battery life. Charging 100% is effectively overcharging, pushing the battery to its absolute limits.
Yep, that is what I use as well.
This deleted fucker sucks, Im watching this.

Adding to your question in the hopes that someone knows: Also, hopefully a phone that doesn't have 5G (has LTE though) AND is able to be uodated to the latest version of Android.
PinePhone? I don't know if there now is an OS where all features work reliably, there wasn't when I tried about a year ago.
You can buy refurbished Xonim XP8s for like $150, they have removable batteries and they are extremely durable phones, probably the most out of any phone. They are just pretty huge and old, they're coming out with a new phone soon but it's not going to be cheap.
