End all gibs in the US graciously allow Gibs-4-lyfe if they leave. Simple as that. As soon as vast numbers leave then roll a new currency and leave them with an ever-inflating shitcoin-tier paycheck. Back the new currency with commodities and close the borders hardcore. It wont get rid of them all but it will get rid of the absolute worst in a big hurry. Every 2nd world country out there will happily take them because they have an income. Once there they are banned from returning. It would make an enormous difference.
