The solution is law enforcement and the end of welfare. Our legal system needs to recognize that most of the violent crime is being committed by niggers, and act accordingly. If niggers know they will go to prison when they commit crimes, and if they stop getting government handouts, they will be forced to get jobs to feed themselves. That will largely end the nigger problem.
