FYI There's no need to delete and repost when you want to change your post's titles.
Just go inside your post and edit the title with the [edit title] grey pencil next to it (left side - 5 minutes window)

I tried to but didn't see the edit title flair anywhere.

Not on the front page, but inside the post, left side of the title (edit will remain for 5 minutes after posting).
