I've been looking for awhile . There is supposedly a shortage of truck drivers , and they still want to pay shit tier wages.

I've heard complaints that " nobody wants to work anymore " , but I think people are sick of working for peanuts.

You’re right. If a company was offering $50 per hour they would have no problem finding workers. It’s not a worker shortage, it’s a pay shortage

I'm being reasonable. 20 bucks an hour for cdl driver with hazmat , tanker , doubles , endorsements is chump change Ups package delivery guys make 42 an hour as top rate . These cdl jobs are topping out at 24

Yeah that’s completely insane, you could make that same money working at a gas station these days

Ikr ? What's funny is they act like they're doing you a favor by offering you that shit pay. Oh , and some places, your paying 100 a week for medical insurance , for a single person .
