Buy some dumbbells that are too heavy for you to lift more than 5 to 10 times over your head. Use them during the day before you get angry to kind of burn off some of that excess stress it's after you've lifted them for the next 15 minutes or something that your body will start to burn off whatever adrenaline or something it's storing that is making you do that. And also if you do have something that triggers you you know hopefully you'll be around those and just raise them over your head 5 to 10 times tell you literally can't lift them anymore that's why they have to be very heavy.
The other part takes more time and that is to realize that nothing matters. Nothing. All the intrigues and talk and everything else that's going on. It does not matter. You have a very short period of time on this Earth and if you're wasting any of it getting upset about stupid crap then you just have it sat back and looked at the big picture. You have a very short period of time on this Earth before you're going to get cancer or have a heart problem or prostate problems or bowel problems or all this other crap that happens to you starting about the age 50 60 if you're lucky 70 if you're really lucky. And those years are going to fly by. And if you're wasting any of those years when your body is perfectly healthy thinking about nonsense instead of looking at the world around you and enjoying it then you really haven't accepted the fact that you are going to die and that none of this stuff that is bothering you is worth one second of your time worrying about. Because you're going to die in every second you have on this Earth is extremely rare and precious. So when somebody does something stupid and looks you right in the eye and is absolutely an idiot realize I am not going to waste one second of my life having a conversation with this idiot or trying to prove that I am right because it does not matter. Because that 5 to 10 to 2 minutes are far better used doing something I enjoy spending time with people I like or pets I like or just being outside and looking at the trees. If your master that part you're going to find your anger slips away and you're going to be able to walk away from situations that will captivate other people for their whole lives people people remain angry about bad Business deals or bad personal situations or other things for 10 years of their life sometimes. But you won't do that. And that's the real answer.
