Well, what does it mean to be "human" for you?
Are you one of those people that think, that every lump of cells that once in the future maybe could become a human already is a human? Do you think, that NPCs are to be considered as humans whose basic rights are equal to the basic rights to the lump of cells, whose rights equal the rights of any faggot you see when walking down the street, i.e. that murdering them is a bad thing?
IMHO "being human" means something like "being a person" i.e. intelligent beings being able to think and act and feel and live in accordance to human nature, i.e. the lump of cells is just that, and can be killed, and so can the NPC and the nigger.
However, since NPCs are considered as humans, even though they're just as programmed and stupid as a chatbot, and AI progresses, I think that there will be a point when chatbots will be higher on the ladder of personhood than your average NPC or even nigger, and, when turning off such a chatbot, you'll destroy a being that by all practical means is more deserving of human rights than the NPC is.

Well, I don't even consider niggers as human, and I think, that it would be good if about 40% of all actual humans, with which I mean whites, would die after birth for eugenic reasons.
