If you kill 7.5 billion people in a rahter short perior of time on this planet you get a planet where money is pretty much worthless
It's before the culling that you need money (fiat), because during the culling it's going to be a mess of biblical proportions... I mean try to picture 7.5 BILLION people dying over a decade... You can't. The closest thing you can picture is madmax...
Now picture yourself in madmax with "money"... Or even gold... What are you going to do with that? Nobody is going to give two shits about your stamp collection and your shiny rocks
You need real assets, such as guns and a fucking bunker saddam hussein style, and you need them BEFORE the culling starts...
7.5 billion people...
It's the fucking apocalypse
Now idk if that's going to happen, but if it does, chances are, the survivors will get a giant steaming pile of shit for planet. Take france for instance, 50 nuclear powerplants... Imagine what it's going to deliver in terms of pollution without maintenance... Good luck with that
And that's just for france's nuclear powerplants.... Consider the rest, other countries, BSL4 facilities, etc...
There has got to be a better way. A little fucking lens can make fire if you direct sunlight onto a pile of dried grass. Trees are solar energy storage. Burning wood is zero sum energy. ...It's recycling on a global scale. But you can boil water with solar energy. Boiled water produces steam. Steam is a source of power that we have discarded for oil. . What do they mean by "coal-fired" nuclear plants?
I dont follow, where are you getting at?
All energy we produce/consume on earth is inherently "renewable". Remember Carl Sagan saying, "we are all made of star-stuff"? It's the same philosophy. Why should we worry about oil or nuclear power plants when every bit of energy produced on earth is in a restricted environment confined by our orbit around the sun?
We are living on a sweet, sweet planet. The Good Earth is Good.
But if every human on earth had to be killed except for the richest of the rich, would you survive?
