My elderly dad's(92) poa(my nephew, his grandson) dumped him in a nursing home without cause simply out of convenience. dad wants to go home to die poa wont let him. poa ran through checking acct and is now throwing everything away and getting it ready to sell. paying himself and his helper monkey. poa has $600000 cds of my dads that imo ought to be used to care for him at home (he's been on same farm since birth, was his grandparents) he built his house himself. i was caretaker to my dad and visit him everyday, and everyday he tells me he's tired, wants to go home to die. i'm so fucking mad right now, i don't understand how he can treat his grandfather this way. poa never visits doesn't attend to his needs at all. my dad is being tortured and stressing in a time that that shouldn't be. i wish i could be a mature adult and deal with this but i just want really bad luck to befall him (poa) i'm not even sure i have a question, i just needed to rant.

If your nephew it's power of attorney but is fleecing your father of funds to pay for the nursing home they're going to kick him out and he's going to end up back at home anyway. But yeah you need to freeze the power of attorney with a lawyer ASAP.

My father did the same stupid shit with my brother, he made him power of attorney. And I asked my dad why the fuck would he do that. it's not so much because my brother is an idiot it's because my brother's wife is fucking Megan Merkel. not really Meghan Markle but is an idiot like Meghan Markle. and my brother doesn't have a fucking brain and he'll do everything that she says. And she might as well be a greedy jew fucking hook-nose bitch. and she manipulates him to the 10th degree and he's too stupid to realize because his thought is 'happy wife happy life' which is a pussy way to fucking go through life. My dad I'm sure hasn't changed it yet but the only good thing is he's in pretty relative good health so there's time.
