Setup your own Honeywell system. Only wiring you need is for an internet connection to the wiring box. Wires for two or so inside sirens. And one or two outside sirens. I’d mount the box near your wiring closet at home. Also get a backup battery. Only other wire is to your alarm keypad. Door sensors and window sensors can be wireless. I only do door sensors usually but get the type that mount inside the jamb. And for alarm monitoring, there is a product called NEXX that allows it to notify your phone if the alarm goes off so you can go shoot the burglars yourself. Alarm companies are worthless. I’ve got about half the components I need for the above system. Hardest part is pairing the wireless sensors to the keypad. Keypad you want by your most used door.

My local police won't come soon. I don't need some alerting to them. More of my own tracking.

Look into NEXX alarm add on. It will do what you need but you need the main alarm system. It just takes the place of the monthly monitoring and bullshit fees.

OK. Thanks. Looking into it.
