It's hard to fix once it's happened and it's probably due more to bunion growth. Once they are shifted surgery or religiously stretching and standing on them splayed to slowly shift them is the only real way. There may be spacers idk
Yes is correct. Barefoot as often as possible and try to splay your toes as wide as you can: standing and walking. Exercise and develop the muscles that spread your toes apart.
You know what really messed me up was wearing gortex shoes. They gave my feet nowhere to go. Towards the end of wearing gortex my feet would throb like crazy.
I have worn gortex or some variant of it almost since its conception, no problems so dont blame it on that. I wear redwing kingtoe boots now.
That and buying shoes for narrow feet im sure didnt help.
The right shoes for your foot is super fuckin important. So is the right bed. Most ppl learn this way to late.
The bunions arent as bad as they were years ago. I used to get callouses on them but havent for years.
Wider shoes helped that problem for me.
And they are for me too but there's still need for improvement.
