They sit sideways due to wearing ill fitting various types of shoes over my lifetime. over the past 5 years ive worn wider shoes and thats helped a lot with my big toe and second toe spread but the pinkys are still looking hurt. any suggestions?

If you are healthy enough to heal from a cut in a normal amount of time and can handle taking it easy during the recovery period, go for it! The arthritis will only get worse as you get older. If this has thrown your gait off it can potentially cause knee and hip problems later on.

Gaits still good and it doesnt really hurt. This type of arthritis runs in my family. Where the joint areas get these knots and they deform a little.
