Not all of them. The earlier texts were translated from 9 later century documents. We now have over 30,000 small and large fragments that date between 40 and 280 years after the originals. The different versions today offer varying degrees of built in interpretation. The common versions have more built in interpretation, but you need not go for these. There are plenty with little to no interpretation, and notations to clarify translation in a way to preserve the original.
I read Greek, I have seen a few of these oldest fragments (in display cases,) and as far as I can tell, you can get reliable documents that have so little interdocument differences so as to not bring into question a single doctrine small or large.
