The video is of a british personality from the 80's/90's era, well at least that's what the video quality looks like from what i remember, who turns towards the camera and completely off-topic tells the audience that they shouldn't believe anything they see on tv, that it's all a lie, and that we're being played. it last no longer than a minute but he's extremely concise and seems totally indifferent to the camera besides wanting to tell this truth. he's in some kind of alleyway preparing for filming or an interview or something but it's not a staged production, just an off-the-bat interview with a handheld camera that leads him to say this.

i remember the speech kind of starting off like "i don't know who you are, or what you're doing, but everything you see is a fabrication." saw it some time ago and i was hoping maybe someone here knows what i'm talking about
