I dont think it matters that much personally, however many women complain they have a "hard" time getting into the field, or passing interviews. in comparison, i just showed my gf an interview of mine, and i was cool as a cucumber, composed, asked questions, maintained my limits on what i didn't know, and did know, and solved the problem at hand. in comparison, this woman i know cracks under pressure, has severe anxiety, puts too much stress on randomized, inconsequential events, and does really poorly on interviews. i would say this is not sexism though, it stems from the fact that most if not all women simply do not belong in the workplace, at all. they are simply not equipped to handle the large amount of stressors

That's Prolactin, the hormone that helps a woman produce milk. It makes it difficult for women to handle stress, gives them anxiety and depression at a higher rate than men and leaves them frantic so its difficult to focus on one thing at a time. It also tires them out more easily. Prolactin is highest when she is lactating or in the birthing process but it is present before and long after that window closes. It stays with them for the rest of their life. Yes, it's a good reason why women shouldn't be in the workplace, they are biologically unfit for it.

Past generations knew this and made concessions for women to make it easier for them but they were the ones that demanded we ignore it and expect them to work 40+ hours a week all their lives.
