I dont think it matters that much personally, however many women complain they have a "hard" time getting into the field, or passing interviews. in comparison, i just showed my gf an interview of mine, and i was cool as a cucumber, composed, asked questions, maintained my limits on what i didn't know, and did know, and solved the problem at hand. in comparison, this woman i know cracks under pressure, has severe anxiety, puts too much stress on randomized, inconsequential events, and does really poorly on interviews. i would say this is not sexism though, it stems from the fact that most if not all women simply do not belong in the workplace, at all. they are simply not equipped to handle the large amount of stressors

That's got nothing to do with sex. If she's not good under pressure and sucks at interviews she needs to actively practice interviewing and work on what she doesn't know. If you're really trying to help her then help her with what you just pointed out.

Women have a right to pursue health wealth and happiness just as any man. Declining birthrates aren't a female invention, if it were then you'd see declining birthrates in all ethnic groups and you don't. Children being badly raised could be in part caused by the man's inability to financially support his family and so on and so forth.
