I dont think it matters that much personally, however many women complain they have a "hard" time getting into the field, or passing interviews. in comparison, i just showed my gf an interview of mine, and i was cool as a cucumber, composed, asked questions, maintained my limits on what i didn't know, and did know, and solved the problem at hand. in comparison, this woman i know cracks under pressure, has severe anxiety, puts too much stress on randomized, inconsequential events, and does really poorly on interviews. i would say this is not sexism though, it stems from the fact that most if not all women simply do not belong in the workplace, at all. they are simply not equipped to handle the large amount of stressors

Haha angry wangry this evening? Children raised in an intact home with a mother and father are indeed healthier, happier and have higher success outcomes than those that don't. Saying that's only a woman's responsibility is ludicrous but this whole discussion is ludicrous.

I grew up in poverty because my father was alcoholic not because he wasn't a good wage earner. If my mother didn't work we would have starved and had no clothes. it is what it is. If a woman is in the work place ask why first before you accuse her .

If I were king of the world women would be allowed to pursue their goals be it motherhood or a career path. There would be no abortion and indeed, a man would have to marry the woman he impregnates.

As women further lose their identity through the usurpation of "transexual" mtf (chest feeding, birthing people) and little girls are told they are really little boys, the working woman is the least of your worries.
