I think the Dems are setting up their own army based out of the IRS. Obama said in a speech that the US needs its own domestic military to repress and intimidate the American people. Maybe the Dems are finally starting to build it, using the Capitol Police as their model?

Might be. I do remember him declaring that.

... because it is a setup to kill you and the taxes are just an excuse

To use mental illness (and possibly stroke, brain cancer, alcoholism, drug addiction, future old age restrictions, etc) as the excuse to take your weapons from you.

A law that is unconstitutional is no law, but in fact a mandate, it is null and void, and need not be followed, at all. This does not mean the regime won't use violence or coercion to enforce penalties or consequences for refusing to cooperate or obey unlawful dictates. Only that anyone who refuses is morally free of the crime.

A crime committed against an unjust law, made without responsive and meaningful representation, is no crime at all.

Say that when they are killing you. See if it works. Raw naked force is the only law other than cryptography. No exceptions

There is the (l)aw of might makes right, and then there is the (L)aw of what is good, and just, and true.

No one is contemplating Big (L) Law, when they're in the middle of being shot or brutalized.

But what brings them to the table before a fight, is grievances social, political, and economic, against them and theirs.

The ethical outrages are more like the emotional backdrop to reframe the larger arguments about how people are being fucked.

And people don't like being fucked.

You just got to show them why they should be outraged.

You already conceded all of your rights by pretending that a piece of paper written by men somehow determined what your rights were.

I, like all free men, don't pretend at anything and I concede nothing. We owe no allegiance, we bow to no throne, our ruler is law, and the law is our own.

Sure.

Congress has not been able to get popular support for a federal police force, so this is a work around. The IRS already exists and they can expand and use it like a federal police force without the need to pass pesky laws.
