Anyone ever used a "teeter" for spinal decompression? I got all kinds of back problems and still work for a living. Guy I know has one still in the box. Said hed let me have it if I want. I got so much crap I dont use I figured id ask.

Anything beyond a flat sole and wide toe box that allows your toes to splay out is an orthodic.
