Anyone ever used a "teeter" for spinal decompression? I got all kinds of back problems and still work for a living. Guy I know has one still in the box. Said hed let me have it if I want. I got so much crap I dont use I figured id ask.

Abdominal planks. Strengthening your core (when you can obviously) will help take pressure off your back. And yeah, inversion feels pretty good.
