What if you don't pay your taxes and they go after you? What's the actual process like? What's the risk?

If you're a famous nigger , nothing. If you're a Democrat Politician , nothing.

If you're a working White man , they seize your assets and quite possibly put you in prison

Go ask Reverend Al Sharpton. He's down for 5 million or more.

Thr fact that you are asking such generic questions implies that you aren't very experienced with paying taxes, so anything you might do to avoid paying taxes should be considered high risk.

Income tax isn't even legal for the state or federal gov to collect, but they do it anyway, so there's your answer. They then blow it on whatever the fuck they want.

Have you ever filled out a w4 and entered the voluntary tax club?

Look up Weiss and associates on YouTube they have a lot of videos about tax laws and how to get out of the voluntary tax club

Saving up money for the court fees and doing the research in representing myself instead of hiring a jew lawyer. It's an expensive process and I have very little money. That is the correct website tho

Yeah...from their own website:

We do not file any paperwork on behalf of a client or prospective client. All clients must educate themselves on the law to protect their rights and project themselves in the most accurate ways...Weiss+Associates provides information only, and that information should never be construed as “advice.” All clients must perform their own due diligence to verify any information gleaned from our website...The topics of information, opinions, and beliefs expressed on this website do not necessarily cover all positions for a given issue...]

In other words: "We found some confusing stuff in US statutes, court cases, etc. that on their own without full context or legal understanding can sound like federal income taxes aren't lawful. We won't represent you; we won't help you at all legally. We will sell you a list of stuff that the average person finds confusing and then if you want to try to do something with it good fucking luck, thanks for the money.

If it was a thing it would have been done by masses already; if there was a loophole it would have been closed by now.

Whether it should be a thing - consent of the governed, blah blah being separate - there is no paperwork pathway out of income tax.

If you want to pursue some effort to find one GL, but please don't give any scam like this any money.

To answer your original question of, "What happens if you don't pay taxes?" Well, it depends on the kind of taxes and the circumstances and jurisdiction. But assuming you're talking federal income tax what happens varies pretty widely on circumstances. Did you deliberately not pay or try to hide income? Did you make an honest effort to pay but made a plausible mistake? How much are we talking?

Deliberately just not paying is a big problem, and you're likely looking at federal time and big fines on top of your tax lien. On the other hand an error in which you underpaid usually involves a payment plan (with a late penalty). They can seize income and assets if your amount due is implausible for you to 'voluntarily catch-up.'

For the average person who made an honest error though this is unlikely and it's not entirely unheard of to be able to settle for less than you owe in an "offer in compromise." Basically you petition that your underpay was in error and it would be hardship for you lose assets to catch up, so they settle for an amount that is manageable for you.

Rigged courts with laws outside the law, and rigged judges. You will rot in prison.
