I'm looking for help finding for the best tire brands for all terrain/off road. Tire specs right now are 245 65 17.

May end up getting a suspension lift and 265 70 17 tires.

Been working on a Mahindra I picked up. Thinking about going that route for it. I have had KO2s on my 1 tons for years and they have done really well in most situations. Worst I've had to do is let some pressure out but even that was a muddy bitch of a situation.

I almost bought a Mahindra because it doesn't have like a thousand sensors in it. How are you finding it?

I bought a base model and have been having a blast modifying it myself. I have put a bit into it between new headlights, taillights, intercooler, fan upgrade, various pressure sensors, heater, upgraded turbo, tune, etc...

Now that it drives like a good little demon baby I'm working on the other things like lockers, upgrading the suspension and wheels etc...

Shes around 243hp and torque and a blast to cruise around off-road.

We also live in a smaller town so it's pretty easy to get around without drama.

Base they are plenty of fun and will literally walk up about anything just idling itself at 850rpm 4Lo. I feel they are just limited by not having the lockers on certain terrains. Pretty sure it's an option you could do factory for some $$$ too.

I think a big part of the fun has been the ease of working on things in regards to price, space and not having to worry that you did something and fucked up a 90k jeep.

At the end of the day, I have zero regrets, it's ok bare bones, however it's a great project for people who like slapping shit on stuff.

dont count a pathfinder out they are troopers and generally dry rot before losing tread plus usually last 100k
